Commercial professions

Legal

EOS Corporate Legal comprises two departments: The Legal Department Germany and International Contracts.

 

In the EOS Legal Department Germany, we draft and review contracts with clients and service providers and play a leading role in contract negotiations. 

 

In International Contracts, the focus is on cross-border contracts, especially in connection with the purchase of receivables. Together, we design co-investment structures, carry out securitization transactions and clarify all legal aspects.

Debt collection

EOS stands for quality debt collection to protect creditors and consumers. Our goal is to increase payment morale while preserving the valuable business relationships between companies and their customers.

 

Since defaulting payers are our customers' customers, we always treat them as equals, with respect and empathy, and agree on sensible, realistic solutions for both sides.

Shaping the debt collection of the future

Our credo is to question everything. This naturally includes our core processes. Our organizational structure, our daily work processes. A team of 40 colleagues from processing is doing this in concrete terms in the CREATE project (Combined Resources at EOS Achieve True Excellence).

 

The team is working across locations and hierarchies on the future of the Collection unit. The changes are intended to lead to a workload-based and prioritized distribution of work in order to achieve the best possible result for debtors, clients and EOS.

What applies to all areas of law: Teamwork is a matter of course for us. Even across departments. Personal exchange helps us to move forward, we learn from each other and look at things from different angles. Those who wish can also deepen their knowledge through professional seminars.

 

What's particularly appealing about our projects is often their complexity. Our task is to point out possible risks and, if necessary, to consolidate the assessment through external expert opinions.
